Artichokes with dill and olive oil

Moussaka: Remove from fridge one hour before cooking. Remove cardboard lid, place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30-40 mins. Ensure it’s piping hot and bubbling around the edges before serving.
Artichokes: Best enjoyed at room temperature, or pop in the oven on a baking tray for ten minutes while the moussaka is cooking.
Kale: Microwave for two minutes at full power, or place on a baking tray and place in the oven for ten minutes.
