We create this broth with love and care, pairing it with roasted courgette and soft pappardelle fresh from our kitchen.

Heating instructions
For best results, place in a saucepan on a medium heat until the soup is gently bubbling around the edges. This should take 5-8 minutes, depending on your cooker. At this point, place the pasta into the pan and continue cooking for a further 3-4 minutes. Tear the fennel and serve on top.
